Accessing the site does not require the submission of your personal details. For any request for information, you will need to fill out specific forms or send an email to stayeasyita@gmail.com. The data entered will be processed with security measures adequate to current technological standards and in compliance with the obligations set by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (“GDPR”).

In accordance with the mentioned legislation, this processing will be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of your privacy and rights. The following information pertains only to this site and does not concern other websites that the user may consult via redirection links placed on the pages of our site. No data derived from the web service consultation is communicated or spread. According to Article 13 of the GDPR, we therefore provide you with the following information:

1. The Data Controller collects and processes your personal data for purposes necessary or instrumental to the provision of services you requested and provided through this site, including the communication of data to third parties as per Article 5 of this policy for the technical and administrative management of services. Your data may be processed for internal purposes such as compiling registries, accounting, invoicing, compliance with legal obligations, statistical purposes, communications, and additional services you explicitly requested. The legal bases for processing, depending on the case, may be your consent or the fulfillment of legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject.

2. Your data may also be processed: (a) to send information about services you requested, unless you object to this processing by sending an email to stayeasyita@gmail.com and, where you give your expressed consent, (b) to send advertising and informational material.

3. The processing will be carried out both manually and using electronic tools, in compliance with all necessary precautions to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information.

4. Your data may be processed within StayEasy by all the individuals appointed in writing by the Data Controller and trained on the obligations of the Privacy Law.

5. The data may be communicated to third parties, exclusively for technical and operational needs strictly related to the purposes mentioned above and particularly to the following categories of subjects: a) Entities, professionals, companies, or other structures entrusted by us with processing related to the fulfillment of administrative, accounting, commercial, and management obligations related to the ordinary conduct of our economic activity; b) To public authorities and administrations for purposes related to the fulfillment of legal obligations;

6. Your personal data will be stored on servers available to the Data Controller. The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union.

7. Personal data related to the execution of the requested services will be stored for a period not exceeding the term of prescription provided by law.

8. The provision of your personal data is optional, but refusal to disclose data or consent to its processing as per point 1 of this policy will make it impossible for us to deliver the requested services and comply with legal obligations. In case of refusal to process personal data as per Article 2 of this policy, the processing will be limited to the full execution of the obligations arising from the provision of services you requested, as well as compliance with obligations provided by laws, regulations, and EU legislation.

10. At any time, you may exercise your rights towards the Data Controller, under Articles 15-22 GDPR, which for your convenience we summarize below.

Specifically, you have the right:

• to obtain the cessation of processing in cases where your personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, including related to services identical to those already requested (i.e., right to object);
• to obtain information relating to the purposes for which your personal data are processed, to the period of processing, and to the subjects to whom the data is communicated (i.e., right of access);
• to obtain the rectification or integration of inaccurate personal data concerning you (i.e., right to rectification);
• to obtain the deletion of personal data concerning you in the following cases: (a) the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; (b) you have withdrawn your consent to the data processing if they are processed on the basis of your consent; (c) you have objected to the processing of personal data concerning you in case they are processed for a legitimate interest of ours; or (d) the processing of your personal data is not in compliance with the law.
